[gradsusr] read BUFR

[Ting-Chi Wu]

Hi,

I've downloaded bufr format file from
http://dss.ucar.edu/datasets/ds351.0/and tried to read it by GrADs.
I know I need a table to generate .ctl file through bufrscan command.
Does anybody know what table I should use? and where can I download the
table?
