Hi Fadzil,
 
    I guess you are trying to plot the time series of standardized difference values.  Hope the files attached are helpful to you.  As far as I am concerned, I have to put in the time axis label manually.  If I open the .ctl and do the plotting automatically, there is a one-year shift of time axis label as shown in sd1.gmf.  Mr Chen/Mr Charles Seman, is there any way to rectify this time axis label problem ?  I use Window version of GrADS 2.0.a7.oga.3 .

As you 'set gxout fwrite', try to set the dimension only one point, like: 'set x1';'set y 1';'set z 1';'set t 1', before you display the value
