[gradsusr] RapidRefresh output

I am downloading it from the GSD FTP public server.  Curtis Alexander
gave me the access; not sure how widespread allowed usage is. It won't
matter for long anyway as the RR production is moving to NCEP  this
fall.

If your interest is for the CONUS region, I would think you might be
more interested in the HRRR at 3km compared to the 13km RR.

Thank you for the clarification Wesley.

Outputting on the rotated grid is the decision of the RapidRefresh
group. They are continuing to export files for Alaska and CONUS on
Lambert Conformal. I will request a Lambert Conformal or Polar
Stereographic . The NCEP Grid 221 used by AWIP32 for NAM output would be
fine for us in Canada.

Grid template  32769 is Rotated Latitude/Longitude (Arakawa Non-E
Staggered Grid) and is a new addition to the local NCEP grid templates.

Can't you find a nice Lambert Conformal grid to use?

So you really really want to see the data on the model grid.  Problem,
GrADS doesn't handle grid template 32769.

If you just want numbers, use the option "-g2clib 0" when running
wgrib2.  However, wgrib2 will not know the locations of the grid points
until someone writes some code.
