[gradsusr] Problem with wgrib2 and RapidRefresh rotated grid

Hello,

I am having difficulty with displaying the new rotated grids for the
full RapidRefresh Domain and would appreciate any pointers to
files/tables that I need to update.

I have upgraded wgrib2 and compiled to  v0.1.8.6 7/2010.

When I run wgrib2 wrfprs_rr_06.grib2 -domain I get:
Getgridtemplate: GDT Template 3.32769 not defined.
Fatal decode err=10 msg 1.1

-s option spits out the fields.

wgrib2 wrfprs_rr_06.grib2 -set_flag_table_3.3 48 -grib
wrfprs_rr_06mod.grib2

but it obviously does not understand the grid when I run g2ctl:
*  produced by g2ctl v0.0.3h
* griddef=1:0:(-1 x -1):grid_template=32769:no other grid info

Similarly no luck with the GRIB1 files. But the verbose inventory output
(for 1 record) says

So there is grid information in the grib1 file, but then g2ctl  gives me
*** script needs to be modified ***
unknown user-defined grid
