[gradsusr] Alpha channel

If by 'alpha channel' you mean colors with a transparency level
somewhere between 0 and 1, then the answer is no; GrADS in its current
form doesn't support alpha channel transparency. However, we are
working on implementing a new graphics rendering library (cairo) which
does support an alpha channel in color definitions, so it will be
supported in the future. Please don't ask when.
