[gradsusr] ctl file for Stage IV data

This is an old question in this forum, but I can't find any answers.

Could anybody kindly provide me the GrADS ctl file for the Stage IV
precipitation data? A sample file name is, ST4.2010081103.01h, 
downloaded from
http://data.eol.ucar.edu/codiac/dss/id=21.093
