[gradsusr] wgrib2 code compilation for Ubuntu 10.04

Hi

I am trying to use the perl script g2ctl to create a ctl file for a grb2 dataset.

It seems wgrib2 utility is not setup in my Ubuntu 10.04

Can someone help me how to source the code and compile it to work for me?
