[gradsusr] Station Data in NC format

Greeting Grads user,
I have station data, i want use them with grads. so i've two version of grads 
(1.9b4 and 2.07a). Therefore i would like to convert them in netcf or control 
format.
Could someone to help me to convert my data.
I try also to install eof in Grads but i met many difficult since one week if 
someone have knowledge in this questions thus could he help me.
