[gradsusr] Modifying grib1

Hi,

My grib1 file(produced by lats4d.gs) has all the times set to analysis
eventhough they're the forecast/verification times. Does anyone know how to
set the reference time to point to the initial time and change the "anl" to
the 3,6,9... hr fcst and produce the new grib1 file?
Arlindo suggested using wgrib but I do not know how.

BTW, 'm using OpenGrADS Version 2.0.a9.oga.1 on Fedora 10.
