Same here with opengrads 2.0.a7.oga.3 on Mac OS X. Unfortunately I do not
have Ubuntu 8.10 available for testing. Try using the linux i686 build of
opengrads v2.0.a7.oga.3, even on a x86_64 platform, it has worked more
reliably.
