Use the equation of state: P = rho*R*T, where P is pressure (lev has
pressure in hPa in Grads), rho is air density, R is the dry air gas
constant, and T is temperature. If you need to be really accurate, use
virtual temperature Tv instead of T or use a weighted average gas constant
for R.
