Kumar,

You can import binary gridded file directly into ArcView GIS using
File => Import=> Binary Raster

In order to import the file, first you must create a header information file
with the same name as binary gridded file with .HDR extension. The header
information file should contain the following (numbers are example and
should replaced by your information):

ncols 480
nrows 450
xllcorner 378923
yllcorner 4072345
cellsize 30
nodata_value -32768
byteorder msbfirst

For more information read /see Arc View Help.
If .GRD extension does not work then change to .FLT (arcview default)

Hope this solves your problem.
