[gradsusr] undef in GrADS 2

Hi, Phil --
Undef handling was changed in version 2.0.a6. Please use the 'set  
undef' command to set the undef value for all GrADS display and output.
The changelog has the notification of this change http://iges.org/grads/changelog-2.0.txt
