The "update" function of gribmap seemed to be disabled in GrADS 2, in particular in the release "grads-2.0.a7.oga.3" that I use. Is there any good reason for this? Any identical new option(s) introduced to replace the "-u" option? We definitely need such function to shorten operations of data that are fed to our GDS. Thanks. -Fan
