[gradsusr] Revised OpenGrADS 2.0.a8.oga.1 for Mac OS X

Dear Mac OS X Users,

  I just fixed an issue with the OpenGrADS Bundle binary for Mac OS X which
was causing problems for some people. I have refreshed the binaries on
sf.net:

   https://sourceforge.net/downloads/opengrads/grads2/2.0.a8.oga.1/

These binaries should work on both Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard) and 10.6 (Snow
Leopard). Binaries for other operating systems are not affected.
