[gradsusr] combining GRIB fiiles

Hi Teresa,
I have tried with the extension .grb too and with giving complete path for
grib2ctl.
tsunami>/user1/sujata/grib2ctl/grib2ctl.pl -verf big_file.grb >big_file.ctl
could not open file: big_file.grb
Big problem:
  either big_file.grb is missing or not a grib file
  or wgrib is not on your path
Still same problem is coming.
