[gradsusr] combining GRIB fiiles

Hi Teresa,
Thanks for your email. I am not using .grb extension for less than 24
files too and I am not getting any error message.
Also, there is no path error, because grib2ctl.pl is there, where I am
running. Also, I checked all the files, its working well.
So, there is no error in grib file too.
