[gradsusr] how to get streamline for station data

dear sir,

for the upper wind data, i have developed  all the required files and got
the output as i like.
but for the plotted 25 station of upper wind data, i have tried to get
streamline out with the following command

set gxout stream
set gxout barb
display u;v

but any how for day to data of upper wind i have got output of grads display
for only wind barb. but not the streamline.
kindly tell me how to get streamline output for station data as well as
contour plot for station data.
