Plotting RTOFS grib2 data in Grads - Problems

Hi:

I am attempting to plot data from the following file:

http://www.ftp.ncep.noaa.gov/data/nccf/com/ofs/prod/ofs.20090930/ofs_atl.t00z.n000.grb.grib2

When I run it through the g2ctl.pl utility I get the output below.
Notice the pdef line. Further below I take this output from a .ctl file
and run it through the gribmap -i command and get the error message
shown complaining about the pdef line. Does anyone know what I need to
do to get passed this?
