using gifsicle as part of a script

Hi
 i an trying to use gifsicle as part of a script here i attached the whole
script, the problem is the line :
*'!p:/gifsicle/gifsicle  -b -d 100 f:/movie/animation.gif --insert-before #0
f:/movie/'count'.gif'*
does anyone know what i am doing wrong?
