open gifsicle from grads

For run Linux (or Windows or Mac or Unix) shell commands from the
GrADS command line or script just put the exclamation symbol at
beginning of the line. For exmaple:

'open file.ctl'
'set t 5'
'set lev 3'
'd hgt'
'!linux_command -option1 -option2 -option3'
'grads command1'
'grads command2'
'etc'
