you can download latest version of grads with this link and install it on
your PC
It is very easy to work with this version of grads

1-after install you shoud download this file (right click - save target
as..)
http://www.iges.org/grads/gadoc/tutorial.html
2-save these files in this
directory:OpenGrADS\Contents\Resources\SampleDatasets
3-  type this command in grads: open model.ctl
4- d ps
