starting pygrads

Dear Pedro,
Make sure you have Win32 GrADS installed and on your path. Open a regular
cmd.exe windows (DOS window) and type
C:\> grads
If it does not start then set your path accordingly. See the "Getting
Started with Win32 GrADS" document:
