Basemap error

Read the documentation included in the beginning of the script, then
edit the path to the .asc files so they point to the location where
you have installed them (look for "* Set the polygon data files" in
the script for the place where the path is set.) If this happens to be
the same as your GADDIR directory, the copy that path into the
appropriate place basemap.gs.
