How to convert HDF to netcdf

1. The HDF group may have some routines in their hdf5 library for
converting hdf5 into something other format. http://www.hdfgroup.org/HDF5/
2. GrADS version 2.0.a7.1 has an interface for reading hdf5 files
directly. http://iges.org/grads/gadoc/SDFdescriptorfile.html
