station data using grads

I'm trying to plot my station data using grads, my .txt file follow
the rules from grads guide and looks like:

so i have 3 parameters for all the stations every 2 hours.
to make my bin file i'm using the recipe from opengrads cookbooks in

and my .ctl file looks like

the problem is when i run stnmap it gives me the error following,
