PHP interface to GrADS

Hi all,

I want to announce the first release of PHP interface to GrADS. It
requires PHP 5 or later and GrADS Version 1.9.0 or later, or any
OpenGRADS release.

With this interface, any PHP script can now open, execute commands and
retrieve some information from a GrADS session. It can open multiple
instances and interact with some GrADS commands.
