Time-Height plot

Dear GRADS colleagues:

I was wondering if anyone has had any success in creating a time-height
plot, where each time step represents a different lat/lon position.
Currently I am trying to create this plot which tracks the center of a
cyclone in each time-step. So far I have defined several area averages (2deg
square) located at the center of the cyclone, but i am unsure how to
interpolate was is basically several 1D profiles.

Does anyone have any thoughts which can guide me in the right direction, or
has anyone had success with such a task?
