The current poisson solver in fish() is for constant lat/lon on a global
domain only. We need someone to help develop a regional version. Any
volunteers? I just need someone to contribute a *self-contained* C or
Fortran routine that takes vorticity/divergence and the coordinates and
returns the streamfunction/vel potential on a regional domain. I'll then
wrap it up as an extension.
