support of coll2gr for time slice

Hello,
       I followed the instruction of drawing arbitrary cross sections
to draw a time slice data of (20E,40S) to (105E, 10S).  But my grads
program told me 'COL2GR does not yet support time slices'.   My
version of grads is v1.9b4.  On which version the feature will be
supported?  Thanks!
