New ECMWF monthly forecast files: mismatch between P1, P2 values and forecast times

Dear GrADS users,

I gave a more accurate look to new ECMWF monthly forecast files.

I notice a mismatch between P1, P2 and the forecast times:

wgrib EMEMO1500_20080313_011_032.grb
1:0:d=08031300:Z:kpds5=129:kpds6=100:kpds7=500:TR=3:P1=16:P2=44:TimeU=11:500 mb:96-264hr ave:NAve=14

P1 would have to be equal to 96 and P2 to 264, right? Or no?

In old files there wasn't this mismatch:

wgrib EMEMO1500_20080306_011_032.grb
1:0:d=08030600:Z:kpds5=129:kpds6=100:kpds7=500:TR=3:P1=5:P2=11:TimeU=2:500 mb:5-11d ave:NAve=14

Perhaps it could be the missing display cause, but I don't know really.
