Get_gfs.pl and Cronjob

Hello,

Under a shell script I have a string that calls get_gfs.pl
e.g

#!/bin/sh -f

/directory/3get_gfs.pl data 20$yar$mon$day$start 0 120 3 all 'UGRD.10
m above ground|VGRD.10 m above ground' /outputDir

The problem is that if I run that script manually it works, but it
doesn't work under cronjob. I tried with csh but nothing changed.

Please I need help.
