Grads2 on Window and wgrib2

Hi Grads Users,

two questions:
 1. Is there any plan for window (win32) grads v2?

 2. I am having trouble in installing wgrib2 on solaries? Has anyone built
it successfully on that platiform?
     I first had trouble in building
