Fw: Help with `RECL`

Dear All,

I have earlier on requested for assistance on the `RECL` error I get on
compiling my FORTRAN program. Can anybody assist in writing a FORTRAN
program that will convert the attached demo.txt file into .dat file for
GrADS to use.

Dear All,

`Invalid radix specifier `recl`, and that `recl` must operate on two
subexpressions type, but the subexpresssion type at `recl` is not of
character type.

I also have attached the sample of data i`m trying to using the program to read.
