lats4d parameter table for TMI SST

Hi All,
We are trying to convert  TMI SST binary data to GRIB1 format (WRF
compatible) using lats4d. we tried to change the parameter table available in
http://www-pcmdi.llnl.gov/software/lats/parmfile.html
but we could not succeed. Can any one help us in providing the
parameter table that can be used to convert TMI to GRIB1 (WRF) format.
We will be grateful to receive any help in this regard.
