lats4d2.sh - convert GRIB2 ==> GRIB1

Hello,

I'm trying to convert GRIB2 ==> GRIB1 using lats4d2.sh. Unfortunately
I cannot find the correct script to do it.

I've a GRIB2 file gfs.t00z.pgrb2f03 and I want to convert to GRIB1

I would apprecciate some help
