Packaging GrADS for Mac OS X

Hi,
  Is anybody out  there who has experience packaging Mac OS X applications
and building universal binaries on Darwin? I'd like prepare native,
universal Mac packages for the OpenGrADS releases and I'd be very
appreciative if someone who has done this before could help us out. Please
