Grads Library error?

Hi everyone,
Can someone assist me on this problem. I cannot plot the map ---> error on font*.dat, lores.dat and error in local/usr/lib appear.By the way, i'm using grads 1.8 win32e for MS windows PC. Your assistance on my vague problem is highly appreciated.
