How to use station data in grads

Hi there,

I have station data with me. lat lon and the meteorological fields. I want
to use this data in grads. Its only one level (surface) and daily data for
about 30 years.

How can I use this data in grads. Anybody has any programs to grid such kind
of data to make grads understandable format and how would the ctl file be?
