nomad 1 file download

Dear all,

I'm sorry just in case my question is not  related
with this list.

I'm trying to get data from the nomad1 server:
http://nomad1.ncep.noaa.gov/

The http file transfer works ok so far, but i get a
negative response from the server when using wget:

421 Service not available.

Error in server greeting.
Retrying.

Although wget works fine with other nomad servers.
Does anyone now if this way of getting data is
forbiden in nomad1? (I'm sure that i'm not violating
any rules regarding the number of connections to the
server and etc.)
