GrADS on Vista

Hello everyone,

I am having trouble installing GrADS on my Sony Viao machine with Windows
Vista.    I have downloaded and installed the Win32e GrADS Version 1.8SL11.
All of the times I click on the icon I am asked to install GrADS.  This
seems very unusual to me.  Is there anyone who had this problem and can help
me navigate.  Is there a more compatible version of GrADS with Vista.
