Regrid on other grid

hello all:

  I have two data bases on the Pacific with difrent resolutions.
    I want to interpolate the data on the grid  of low resolution.

  the ctl associated file is shown below:

  i have also a quickScat netcdf file, with a regular latlon grid. its ctl file
looks like ...
