How to make exactly same color bars for two maps?

Hi all,

I was trying to compare two SLP plots in color shade.
I was using cbar.gs to generate the color bar. Please
see attached JPG file. However, I wanted the color
bars for these two SLP plots to be exactly same. Is
there any way I can accomplish this job? Any inputs
would be highly appreciated.
