grads 64bit

I am very new to grads. I was asked to install it on 64bit redhat but
once i run gradsc i get the following error:

I have google-ed grads for 64bit and read docs but nothing help. Would
you please point me to the right docs or just tell me what am I missing.
I followed the INSTALL file step to get grads installed.
