Grads in Vista

Mark,
Thanks for the suggestions. I tried all of them (even tried re-booting the
machines after the changes), but in each case, the window would vanish
very quickly after clicking the shortcut. Running a batch file with a call
to Grads did not produce anything. I guess there is probably some setting
in Vista which needs to be turned on (or off). I still need some more help!
