PC grads(win32e) problem

I tried to use win32e with sfc.ctl

at first. options byteswapped didn't work so i commented it
then i've got thie error message

Open Error:  Looking for ENDVARS statement
             Instead, found:

  --> endvars

  The data file was not opened.

I don't know why this happend
I worked with this ctl on dec alpha perfectly
