Alternatives to cnvgrib for GRADS

I am working very hard on getting GrADS 2.0 (with the grib2
interface, a fifth grid dimension for ensembles, and other
significant changes) ready for alpha testing. It is close, but I'm
sorry I cannot commit to a release date just yet.
