Dear Sir in charge of GrADS

I would like to generate graphics of temperature profile and wind
profile using the "z" dimension.

I set z height

"*set z 1 1000*"

And afterwards I determined a point, in my case

"*set lat 39.6*"

What are the next steps? I tried to see velocities, but I could not.
generate anything.

What should be the next command? I am waiting an answer,
