Problem With Wndows Vista

Hi everyone

I have installed Grads in windows vista but its not runnuing. When i
start the ptogram its jaust apear and then vanish. I tried the
compatibility option of windows to run it in windows Xp mode but it
wont work. I also tried to change the executable file properties by
checking the following option ON : Run as administrator and
compatibility mode Windows XP .

Does anybody can help me. Its very urgent for me.
