Using grads to display BUFR satellite data

I've tried to change the levels, but I still dont get results.
 
when i put gxout to print (set gxout print) i get this message every time:
Printing Stations -- 0 Reports -- Undef = -979

Is it possible that there are no reports that
match the level you have set?

Also note that you can ask for a range of
levels (for station data only), eg:
    display temp(lev=820,lev=580)
